By using the ice bath and sauna facilities at DARR Ice Bath Curacao, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Health Risks – Ice baths and saunas may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, including but not limited to heart disease, high/low blood pressure, respiratory issues, diabetes, pregnancy, or sensitivity to extreme temperatures. Please consult your physician before use.
• Voluntary Participation – You are using these facilities at your own risk. DARR Ice Bath Curacao is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse reaction that may occur as a result of using our services.
• Personal Responsibility – You agree to listen to your body, follow provided guidelines, and immediately exit the ice bath or sauna if you feel unwell.
• Hygiene & Conduct – Users must maintain proper hygiene, wear appropriate attire, and follow all staff instructions. Failure to do so may result in denied access.
• Liability Waiver – By entering the facility, you release DARR Ice Bath Curacao, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the ice bath or sauna experience.
• Age & Supervision – Minors under 18 years must be accompanied by a guardian and may require written consent.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your booking up to 12 hours before your scheduled session without any charge.

• Cancelling within 12 hours or not showing up:
  • First time – You will receive a friendly reminder.
  • Second time – To make a new booking, we will require a no-show fee of 50% of the session price, payable at your next visit.

This policy helps us keep spots available for other guests who wish to enjoy the sauna and ice bath. Thank you for your understanding.
